Coin purchase & refund rules

1. Coins are internal Labkhand Apadana credit for services on this platform — not cash, goods, or gambling.

2. Fixed packs and custom amounts with toman prices are shown on the wallet buy page. Custom rate: 5 coins per 1,000 toman; minimum 10,000 toman.

3. Online payment runs through Zibal after Enamad is shown. Before the gateway is connected, creating a request is for tracking only and does not credit coins.

4. If payment fails, is cancelled, or is not verified, no coins are added (policy A).

5. After successful gateway verification, coins are credited and appear in the ledger.

6. Rial cashout of purchased coins is not automatic and only happens via manual admin review.

7. Service-level coin returns (e.g. leave before a match starts) are separate from rial refunds of pack purchases.

8. Track success/failure on the payment status page or via support.
